PADI-web for plant disease surveillance

Due to the increasing number of new and reemerging pests resulting from intensification, globalisation and climate change, monitoring of plant health is crucial.

In this context, the PADI-web pipeline was implemented for plant disease surveillance. In order to identify relevant news with our event-based surveillance tool, specific models using machine learning approaches and labeled data have been integrated for monitoring plant diseases.
